Cedar Point Campground, Croatan National Forest, NC

This was so beautiful! The trees! A huge spacious site! We loved it here! We only had electricity but it was fine. We filled up with water and bought bottled water. We were careful with our water usage and lasted the whole 9 days and dumped on the way out. No problem at all.

We were in site 008 Loop A. Every site is awesome.

In the Croatan National Forest at the mouth of the White Oak River.

In the following pictures..I found these things, bunches of them on the trees in our campsite and all over the campground. They looked alive. But they weren’t moving! So i looked them up. They’re cicada shells! Very cool!
