Zucker’s Bagels NYC, July 2023

The famous NYC bagel. You can get them at many place in NYC. They are special because they prepare them the traditional old fashioned way by boiling them in a special mixture before baking them. It gives them a unique texture.

I (Lanette) got an onion bagel with scallion and shmear (cream cheese 😊), and Jerry got an everything bagel and scallion shmear. Delicious! Oh, and both toasted!
